Day 16 - Lisa

Ok, yeah, I know that I've been not posting lately. But I more or less have been sticking with diet. And promise to start keeping better track now!!

Food
1 cup whole milk yogurt with peaches - 200 cal
1 steamed sweet potato with steamed mixed vegetables - 300 cal
a bunch of blue corn tortilla chips - 400 cal
1/2 bottle white wine - 400 cal
scottish beef flavored potato chips - 150 cal
2 cups coffee with milk - 50 cal

Total: 1450 cal

Exercise - none.
