Day 4 and 5 - Lisa

(sorry, just got back from road trip so got a little behind)

DAY 4

Food
whole wheat bagel, cream cheese, small piece of danish - 450 cal
samples of jam, peanut butter, fudge and popcorn - 20o cal
vegetarian nachos and beer - 600 cal
ham glazed with honey sauce, rice, salad w/vinaigrette and mixed vegetables - 600 cal

Total: 1850 cal

DAY 5

Food
1/2 Indian veggie patty, 2 slices homemade white bread, 1/2 bell pepper - 350 cal
1/2 apple cider - 100 cal
1/2 Indian veggie patty, 2 slices homemade white bread, 1/2 bell pepper - 350 cal
2 slices molasses pie - 450 cal
2 slices bread with hummus, broccoli and tofu spread- 250 cal

Total: 1500 cal
