Day 2- kendra

breakfast :1 serving lowfat strawberry yogurt 170cal

lunch1 serving of homade peproni pizza 110cal

snack peanut butter and jelly sandwhich and fresh and easy crackers

dinner chicken nuggets french fries and corn withe kids

desert 1/3 cup of ice cream



excerise: jogging on the wii for 13 min. last min abs from hiphop abs 5 mins. running with the kids catching bubbles and ridding bikes and tonka truck for an hour
