1/4 baguette with goat cheese, sausage and roasted vegetables - 500 cal
Mixed vegetables and brown rice - 210 cal
peanuts - 400 cal
Soba noodles with mushrooms, broccoli, tofu and soy sauce - 220 cal
Banana bread and butter - 200 cal

Total: 1530 cal
